Team Rocky Mountain ATV/MC descended upon Las Vegas, NV for the 17th and final round of the 2019 AMA Supercross season this past Saturday night. SoCal SuperTrucks Backed Riders Blake Baggett and Justin Bogle finished out the season both with top ten finishes.
Blake Baggett launched out of the gate in his heat leading the field to the first turn and grabbed the holeshot. He looked fast on the hard packed track and set the pace early on. He would ride with intensity, only sliding back a few spots to finish third and transfer straight to the main event. The #4 again had a solid jump out of the gate, rounding the first turn inside the top five. Blake would start to have a solid ride going, finding his classic mid-race push as he closed in on the top five. He then had an unfortunate off-track jaunt that cost him two spots, taking the checkered flag in 7th place and earning 5th place overall in the final supercross points standings.
Team Rocky Mountain ATV/MC returned to racing as round 16 of the 2019 AMA Supercross season stopped at Metlife Stadium in E. Rutherford, NJ this past Saturday night. Blake Baggett rode solid race earning a 4th place finish, and Justin Bogle got his second heat race win of the season.
Blake Baggett got a great start in his heat, as he lead the field into turn one and rounded the first turn in 3rd place. Blake held off the riders behind him, to cross the finish line in 3rd place. Blake started the main event inside the top five and moved into 4th in the first few laps. He would ride a solid race, working his way into second place by mid-way through the laps. Blake made a mistake and went down late in the race, but quickly remounted, sliding back one spot to take the checkered flag in 4th place. Going into the last round, Blake holds 5th place in championship points.
“I rode well tonight” said Baggett. “I felt good tonight. The track was a bit tricky and I just made a little mistake that cost me a podium spot. I’m looking forward to finishing the season strong next week in Las Vegas.”
Justin Bogle started his heat race with a launch out of the gate to round the first turn in 2nd place. From the beginning of the race, Justin would ride solidly as he put pressure on race leader Eli Tomac, eventually forcing a mistake to take over the lead. Leading the field, Justin pulled a gap and took the checkered flag for his second heat race win of the season. He got another good start in the main event, but collided with another rider in the first turn, collecting a hard stinger to his hand. He went down soon after while still bunched up in the pack, damaging his bike too much to continue. It was an unfortunate series of events that caused the end of Justin’s race, since he was mentally ready for a podium coming off his second straight heat race win.
“Wasn’t the night I expected,” said Bogle. “ I was feeling it tonight and felt good to get my second heat race win of the season. It was unfortunate how my main went, as I felt I could have been up there battling for a podium spot. I’m looking forward to Las Vegas and ending the season on a high note.”
It was a top ten night for Team Rocky Mountain ATV/MC -KTM-WPS as round 13 of the 2019 AMA Supercross season visited NRG Stadium in Houston, TX this past Saturday night for what was the third and final triple crown race of the season.

In main event two, Blake would get a good jump and put himself inside the top ten early on in the race. He maintained the speed, hitting his lines every lap, to cross the finish line in 9th place. The third and final main event saw Blake starting mid-pack, forcing him to put in work to make his way through the field. He would make his way up to 6th before the checkered flag flew, earning his best finish of the night a final result of 8th place on the night.
