Blake Baggett looked refreshed from the break and put in the 3rd fastest time around the High Point track in morning qualifying. He kept the momentum going in moto one as he launched out of the gate leading the field into the first turn to secure the holeshot. He stayed on the gas, as he held off a charge from Eli Tomac and pulled out a sizable lead to run away with the moto win. Moto two wouldn’t start as well as the first, as Blake slipped back to the tail end of the top ten after the first lap. He feverishly started working his way forward just outside the top five until going down hard mid-race. Blake would remount to finish 15th, earning 7th overall for the day.

Blake Baggett raced both motos with a sore wrist from last weekend’s first crash at Pala. Even though it was much better, his wrist was still held him back. In moto one, he rounded the first turn inside the top five. Soon, he found himself defending his top five position while battling the muddy track conditions from the rain earlier in the day. Ultimately, he kept the charge holding on to cross the checkered flag in 7th. Blake would start moto two up front, as he lead the field up the hill into turn one. With the track now dried out, he would battle for position inside the top five for the first half of the race. He would hit his lines, again taking 7th, earning 7th overall for the day.

Blake Baggett started out the morning by setting the 5th fastest lap in practice, then timed the gate perfectly in moto one, leading the field into the first turn to grab the holeshot. Early on in the race he would then find himself under attack from the rest of the riders, and shuffled back to 2nd. Then after a pass by Anderson he dropped down to 3rd. Blake fought back, passing Anderson for 2nd and then ran Roczen down quickly to battle for the lead as they headed into the third lap. Blake would run into something in the track headed into turn one that was so solid, it bent his front wheel, and more forcing him to stop for a front wheel change in the pits. Unfortunately, he jammed his throttle wrist in the impact as well. He would go out and race Moto 2, but the pain in his wrist from the first moto crash proved too much to stay with the lead pack. Blake would continue till the end to grab what will be critical championship points come the end of the season.

With the bikes running special graphics from HBD MotoGrafx, Blake Baggett started the season with an 8th place finish, and teammate Justin Bogle secured a 10th place finish

As the gate dropped for moto one, Blake Baggett shot off the line to round the first turn just outside the top five. He then wasted no time making the move for 5th place. Blake kept the charge and as the rain started to come down, he would slide back one spot taking the checkered flag in 6th. The rain didn’t stop for moto two, but Blake stayed on the throttle at the start and finished lap one inside the front pack. After slipping back outside the top ten mid-race due to worsening track conditions, Blake navigated the muddy track fighting his way to 10th place at the checkered flag, earning 8th overall for the day.

Blake Baggett launched out of the gate in his heat leading the field to the first turn and grabbed the holeshot. He looked fast on the hard packed track and set the pace early on. He would ride with intensity, only sliding back a few spots to finish third and transfer straight to the main event. The #4 again had a solid jump out of the gate, rounding the first turn inside the top five. Blake would start to have a solid ride going, finding his classic mid-race push as he closed in on the top five. He then had an unfortunate off-track jaunt that cost him two spots, taking the checkered flag in 7th place and earning 5th place overall in the final supercross points standings.
